KINESIOLOGY - the science of movement

What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a recognised method of complementary therapy. It supports people in increasing their well-being, strengthening their mental abilities and recovering holistically. Kinesiology gets to the root cause and brings body, mind and soul back into balance.

Kinesiology combines knowledge and findings from Western medicine with the knowledge of Far Eastern teachings (acupressure, meridian theory, five elements, etc.). In the therapeutic process, kinesiology uses the relationship between the muscles and the human organism to recognise imbalances in the energy system and make changes tangible.

Finding balance through play

‘Children act like children, not like pupils.’ - A quote from Gerald Hüther.

In our fast-paced world, children are often overwhelmed. They may experience stress, pressure to perform and anxiety on a daily basis. This can lead to learning blocks, concentration difficulties, behavioural problems or so-called developmental disorders. There is a lack of time for rest and relaxation in everyday school and family life, and exercise can also be neglected in the stressful daily routine. This can exacerbate the imbalance.

Kinesiology helps to activate certain areas of the brain in a playful way and to expand the ability to think and move. Body awareness and mindfulness are encouraged. In this way, courage and self-confidence can be strengthened and trust in one's own abilities deepened.

Kinesiology helps with:

  • Stress

  • Sleep disorders

  • Traumas

  • Fears, emotional lows

  • Restless and tension

  • Learning and concentration difficulties

  • Lack of energy

  • Inner emptiness, sadness, anger, etc.

  • Realignment

  • Negative beliefs and behavioural patterns

  • Psychosomatic complaints

  • Allergies

  • General blockages (physical, emotional und psychological)

  • etc...
